This page describes how the TruMegaLab Integrations Google marketing connection, used by TruMegaLab operations, handles data.
Data accessed and purpose
With authorization, the integration accesses the operations account email to verify identity, account and property identifiers, Analytics reports, advertising settings and performance, Tag Manager configuration, and Search Console information. The purpose is to verify setup, prepare marketing work, and report on authorized business accounts.
Storage and processing
OAuth credentials are stored in restricted local files on the company-managed Mini. The current credential store is not an encrypted password vault. Credentials are excluded from Git and are not included in ordinary reports or chat messages. Operational findings may be recorded in private business project records and processed by the AI tools used for the authorized work.
Control and removal
The account owner can revoke the application connection in their Google Account and remove the operations identity from individual services. Contact operations@trumegalab.com to request review or removal of locally retained integration data and credentials. Revoking access prevents future access but does not itself delete previously retained records.
Limited use
Google user data is used for the authorized operational functions described here. It is not sold or used to build advertising audiences. Any additional use or permissions require a separate review. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
