Terms of service

TruMegaLab Integrations is a private set of operational tools used by TruMegaLab to manage marketing accounts that clients have authorized. It is not offered to the public and has no self-service signup.

Who may use it

Only TruMegaLab staff and agents using the TruMegaLab operations Google identity may connect these tools, and only to accounts where a client has granted that identity access. Clients keep full ownership and control of their Google accounts and can remove the operations identity at any time.

What the tools do

The tools read Google Analytics reports, Google Ads account and campaign information, Tag Manager configuration and Search Console data for authorized business accounts. Any change to advertising spend, tags or a client's website is made only with that client's separate approval.

Responsibilities

TruMegaLab uses the data only for the client work it was authorized for, keeps credentials in restricted storage on company-managed equipment, and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy. TruMegaLab does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the tools. Google may change or withdraw API access at any time.
